Problem by Nobodys Correct If Evrybodys Improper: PSP themes?
I just obtained a psp a few days ago and i cannot figure out how to get the themes to perform. I have already produced a folder in the “PSP” area of my PSP labled “Concept” and have saved my .ptf into that folder but when i disconnect my psp then entry my concept settings folder the theme never reveals up.
My PSP came with version 3.71

You have to have the psp version three.71 to have this. you could down load the edition at us.playstation.com/psp then go to obtain model three.71 when you obtained model three.71 on your psp the themes should work.
